Shipment
If your order reaches us before noon, your goods can frequently be dispatched on the same day.
Extensive consignments or those that are sent via a hauling contractor will usually arrive 3 to 4 working days after we have received your order.
Shipping and handling within Germany:
Our charge for delivery per mail will be 4.95 € plus VAT per order if you have ordered by mail, phone, or fax.
If the net value of your order exceeds 150 €, we will deliver FREE OF CHARGE.
Orders via Vet Shop save time and effort on our part. We share this advantage with you by sending freight prepaid from 100 € net contract value.
International shipment to EU countries:
Actual costs minus 2% of the net value of the goods.
International shipment all other countries:
Actual costs plus an extra 7.50 € for the preparation of the export documents.
